Embark on a private personalized journey around Houghton Lake. Our tours are designed to align with your vision of a perfect day on the water. Choose from activities such as swimming and games at the sandbar, cruising along the water's edge and taking in the scenery, pulling up to waterfront establishments for drinks and food, dual tubing rides at a relaxed speed, or just float and soak up the sunshine. 2023 Tahoe Pontoon 23ft with 115hp motor, snack table, rear platform, ladder, changing room. Includes: -Up to 6 guests -Minimum 4-hour time block -Pickup and drop-off at North View Cabins dock -Fuel and safety equipment -2 tubes and up to 30 minutes of tubing -Captain Dave and a Guide for the duration of the trip -Connect your music to the Bluetooth sound system -Cooler with ice and bottled water -Beach towels -Sand bar games -Large canopy for shade if desired
Cancellation Policy
The Guest is the primary POC for the reservation and Riders must attend with the Guest. Guest accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all Riders. Guest and Riders will follow all rules set forth by state laws, local laws, and the captain. Guest and Riders will comply with the lawful commands of the captain. Violation of rules or laws will result in the trip being terminated, without refund for remainder of time for the rental period. All children under 6 years of age must wear a USCG-approved PFD while underway. Guest and Riders must be seated while the boat is underway. Do not swim or jump off the boat near the motor. Anyone swimming in deep water must have a float with them. No smoking and no pets on the boat. Guest and Riders are expected to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner and not disrupt the enjoyment of others. If, in our opinion, Guest and/or Riders' behavior is causing danger or annoyance to others, or damage to boat, we reserve the right to terminate the trip without refund. Guest is liable for any damage caused to the boat by Guest and/or Riders due to any unreasonable conduct or behavior. Inform management as soon as possible of any and all damages that happen or items not in working order. Guest and Riders on the pontoon excursion understand and acknowledge that they may incur personal injury or bodily damage while on the excursion. Guest and Riders release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Weathernabb Recreation Co of actions, claims, expenses or damages of any kind growing out of or related to the pontoon excursion. All damages or losses, personal or otherwise, to self or others, shall be at the risk of the Guest and Riders and not Weathernabb Recreation Co. Guest and Riders acknowledge that this is a full and complete release for all injuries and damages, which the Guest and Riders or others may sustain as a result of going on the pontoon excursion. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of rental start time do not get a refund of deposit, but may be rescheduled if Guest and Staff availability allows. We may, in exceptional circumstances, be required to cancel your booking, in which case a full refund of all monies paid will be made to you. If severe weather approaches during the excursion, the Captain will return to the dock and a refund will be provided for the unused portion of the trip. Payment of deposit towards the pontoon excursion indicates acceptance of these T&C.
